I purchased a house built by the prior owner of Gleasons. I contacted the current owner, Dave Fetterol, for some information on my roof. Dave went out of his way to find the information I needed. I truly appreciated his efforts. When I renovate the kitchen later this year I will be contacting this company for sure.

21 years ago Gleeson Contractors built our side by side which has held up perfectly. We decided to add an elevator and there was no question we would have Gleeson build it. We met with Dave Fetterolf the owner of Gleeson to discuss the project. Dave did a fabulous job. It looks like the elevator tower was part of the original house. He is a true craftsman. The project came in on time and on budget. Everything Dave did was first class. If we were to build another home I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Dave. Throughout the whole project Dave communicated with us so there was never any surprises. If there was a hiccup, Dave was back to us the same day. The consummate professional.
